The Metrix Collection is designed and manufactured to meet or exceed European and New Zealand standards and building codes. All Metrix Collection products carry a warranty - the length of warranty will vary depending on the brand and product category or range. The specific warranty periods are listed below.
Metrix Imports Limited will repair or replace free of charge any faulty product within the stated warranty period where the fault is due to defects in materials or construction. Metrix Imports Limited requires relevant information from the product owner before any warranty claim can proceed. Metrix Imports Limited reserves the right to assess, repair, replace or service any warranty claims as we see fit. In all warranty claims the original proof of purchase is required. The warranty applies to the product so is therefore transferrable to a new owner, provided proof of purchase details are passed to the new owner. Products must be installed, used, cleaned and cared for in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation and fixing instructions and as required by New Zealand building regulations and standards. Note that hot water temperatures must not exceed 55˚ C, and water pressures must be within the stated levels.
